Rannie Webster Foundation and SilverStone by Hunt

On November 18, 2022, pursuant to RSA 7:19-b, Rannie Webster Foundation submitted to the Director of Charitable Trusts notice of a proposed transaction involving SilverStone by Hunt. Under the terms of the statute, the Director of Charitable Trusts has 180 days to review the proposed transaction.

Public Hearing

The Director of Charitable Trusts will hold a public hearing relating to this transaction in accordance with RSA 7:19-b, IV(a). The details of the hearing are as follows:
