On November 18, 2022, pursuant to RSA 7:19-b, Rannie Webster Foundation submitted to the Director of Charitable Trusts notice of a proposed transaction involving SilverStone by Hunt. Under the terms of the statute, the Director of Charitable Trusts has 180 days to review the proposed transaction.

On March 29, 2023, the Director issued a Report on the Proposed Transaction between Rannie Webster Foundation and SilverStone by Hunt 
Public Hearing
The Director of Charitable Trusts held a public hearing relating to this transaction in accordance with RSA 7:19-b, IV(a) on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at the Rye Public Library.
