The quality of our life in New Hampshire depends in large part upon its charitable organizations. Whether your passion is education, the arts, religion, the environment, health, the arts, sports, or social services, there is a charity that can help you and that needs your help. Charitable organizations rely upon all of us to give our time, talent and treasure.

The following are some resources to help you give wisely to a local or national charity.

If you have been approached by a paid solicitor to make a contribution, that person and that first fundraising campaign must first be registered with the Charitable Trusts Unit. The following are lists of approved fundraisers, fundraising campaigns, and financial reports. If a paid fundraiser not on one of these lists asks you for money, contact the Charitable Trusts Unit. Note that employees or volunteers of charitable organizations do not register.
