On August 10, 2021, Home Health & Hospice Care filed a notice of a proposed transaction between Home Health & Hospice Care and SolutionHealth. Pursuant to RSA 7:19-b, the Charitable Trusts Unit must review the proposed transaction and issue a report on or before February 6, 2022. Persons interested in commenting on the transaction may do so by writing to charitabletrusts2@doj.nh.gov or to Director of Charitable Trusts, 33 Capitol St, Concord, NH 03301.
