Proposed Transaction Between Rannie Webster Foundation and Silverstone by Hunt

Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Director of Charitable Trusts will host a public hearing regarding a proposed transaction between Rannie Webster Foundation and Silverstone by Hunt. Rannie Webster Foundation owns and operates the Webster-at-Rye skilled nursing facility. Silverstone by Hunt is the parent of The Huntington at Nashua and Hunt Community.

The public hearing will take place at the Rye Public Library, 581 Washington Road, Rye, NH, on Wednesday, February 8 at 4:00 pm. The public may also participate in the public hearing remotely through videoconferencing. Instructions on how to participate remotely will be posted to the Attorney General's website: https://www.doj.nh.gov/charitable-trusts/rannie-webster.htm. Information and supporting documents about the transaction may be found at the same link.

The Director of Charitable Trusts will continue to accept written public comments on the proposed transaction through February 22, 2023. Written comments may be submitted by email to charitabletrusts2@doj.nh.gov or by regular mail to:
