Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the application period deadline for victims of Financial Resources Mortgage, Inc. and CL&M, Inc. to file applications seeking compensation from the FRM Victims' Contribution Recovery Fund is approaching.

The deadline for submitting applications is May 18, 2022.

Letters have been sent to all known potential victims at their last known address.

Victims who seek compensation from the FRM Fund must complete and return an application to the Administrator. The application may be found on the FRM page of the Department of Justice website, https://www.doj.nh.gov/frm-victims-fund/.

Applicants may choose to submit an application either by printing, filling out and mailing the paper version or by completing and sending online the electronic version.
