Disclosure of the Names of the Police Officers Involved in the March 18, 2024 Shooting Incident in Hampstead, New Hampshire
Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces the identity of the two Hampstead Police Officers who discharged weapons during a shooting incident on March 18, 2024, in Hampstead, New Hampshire that resulted in non-life-threatening injuries to Robert Boulter (DOB 7/15/1972). Deputy Chief Adam Dyer and Detective Alan Randell of the Hampstead Police Department discharged their firearms during this incident.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation.
It is anticipated that the report regarding the incident and whether the officers’ use of deadly force was justified will be released once the investigation is completed. No further updates are expected until that report is released.
