Logan Clegg Sentenced for Second Degree Murders of Stephen and Djeswende Reid

Concord, NH -- Attorney General John M. Formella and Concord Police Chief Bradley C. Osgood announce that this morning, Logan Clegg (age 27), was sentenced for the Second Degree Murders of Stephen and Djeswende Reid on April 18, 2022. He was also sentenced on four counts of falsifying physical evidence and one count of being a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon. Mr. Clegg was found guilty after trial on October 23, 2023.

“Justice has been served today. The defendant is being held accountable for his crimes. I hope the sentences handed down can bring some closure to the family and loved ones of Stephen and Djeswende Reid,” said Attorney General Formella. “I want to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent work by our trial team and our law enforcement partners, especially the Concord Police Department.”

Mr. Clegg was given stand-committed sentences of 50 years to life on the Second Degree Murder charges, to be served consecutively. Mr. Clegg was sentenced to 31/2 to 7 years on each of the remaining charges, to be served concurrently with each other and consecutive to the first second degree murder charge.
