Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that John Santiago a.k.a. Freddy Muniz, age 46, has been found guilty by a jury in the Hillsborough Superior Court - Northern District of (i) Possession with Intent to Sell approximately half a kilo of fentanyl; and (ii) Conspiracy to Sell fentanyl.

Mr. Muniz will be sentenced on these charges on November 2, 2023, at 9:30am at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Northern District in Manchester.

This case was prosecuted by Assistant Attorneys General Audriana Mekula and Nicholas Chong Yen with assistance from our law enforcement partners, including members of the Manchester Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
