14th Amendment Section 3 Guidance
Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that after careful review of the legal issues involved, guidance has been issued to the Secretary of State and the Ballot Law Commission on the Applicability of Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution as it relates to Presidential Primary Candidates in the State of New Hampshire.
