Tyrese Harris Sentenced for Second Degree Murder
Concord, NH - Attorney General John M. Formella and Manchester Police Department Chief Allen D. Aldenberg announce that this morning, Tyrese Harris (age 23), of Manchester, New Hampshire, was sentenced for his Second Degree Murder of Dzemal Cardakovic on October 29, 2022. He was also sentenced on class B felony counts of falsifying physical evidence and reckless conduct. Mr. Harris was found guilty after trial on July 18, of 2023.
Mr. Harris was given a stand-committed sentence of 25 years to life on the charge of second degree murder, and consecutive suspended sentences of 3½ to 7 years on each of the falsifying physical evidence and reckless conduct charges.
