Suspicious Death in Hudson, New Hampshire
Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella, New Hampshire State Police Executive Major Matthew S. Shapiro and Hudson Police Chief Tad Dionne announce that officials from the Attorney General's Office along with the State Police Major Crimes Unit are at the scene of a suspicious death of an adult female in Hudson, NH.
At approximately 9:44 P.M., Hudson police officers responded to a disturbance call at a residence on Shoal Creek Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered an adult female suffering from a traumatic injury. The female was transported for emergency medical treatment, but was later pronounced dead at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center.
Based upon the investigation thus far, there does not appear to be any threat to the general public stemming from this incident.
An autopsy will be scheduled and conducted by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. The identity of the deceased is not expected to be released until family members have been notified and after the completion of the autopsy. Further information will be released as it becomes available.
