Proposed Transaction Between Exeter Health Resources and Beth Israel Lahey Health
Concord, NH — Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Director of Charitable Trusts will host a public hearing regarding a proposed affiliation transaction between Exeter Health Resources, Inc., including its subsidiaries Exeter Hospital, Inc., Core Physicians, LLC, and Rockingham VNA & Hospice, and Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc.
The public hearing will take place at Exeter High School, 1 Blue Hawk Drive, Exeter, NH on Wednesday, March 1 at 4:00 pm. Remote attendance through videoconferencing also will be available. Instructions on how to participate remotely will be posted to the Attorney General's website: https://www.doj.nh.gov/charitable-trusts/exeter-health-beth-israel-lahey.htm.
