Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella, State Police Colonel Nathan Noyes, and United States Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent-in-Charge Brian D. Boyle announce that on February 8, 2023, Amber Flagg, age 34, of North Stratford, New Hampshire, pleaded guilty to one special felony count of conspiracy to sell fentanyl and was sentenced by the Coos County Superior Court to 4 to 8 years stand committed in the New Hampshire State Prison. A year may suspend from the minimum portion of that sentence if Ms. Flagg completes all recommended drug treatment while at the prison.

The evidence in this case established that on January 28, 2021, Ms. Flagg assisted Russell Adjutant in selling approximately 30 grams of fentanyl to a confidential informant in Colebrook, New Hampshire. Following that sale, law enforcement officers followed Ms. Flagg and Mr. Adjutant to an apartment in Berlin, New Hampshire. Ms. Flagg and Mr. Adjutant were stopped in Stark, New Hampshire, at which point officials discovered that Ms. Flagg was carrying approximately 236 grams (0.52 pounds) of fentanyl on her person. Following their arrests, both confirmed that they had purchased the fentanyl found on Ms. Flagg's person from a supplier in Berlin and that they had been involved in fentanyl sales for approximately five months.

The investigation and resolution of this case was the result of the collaborative efforts of the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office, the New Hampshire Attorney General's Drug Task Force, the New Hampshire State Police, and the United States Drug Enforcement Administration.
