Robert Southworth Indicted for Felony Theft

Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces the indictment of Rozanna Watson, age 39, of or formerly of Belmont, New Hampshire, for Possession of a Controlled Drug, as a subsequent offense, contrary to RSA 318-B:2, I and RSA 318-B:26, I(c)(4).

On May 27, 2021, the Belknap County Grand Jury returned an indictment against Ms. Watson for possessing a controlled drug, to wit, carfentanil, in a quantity less than one gram, on or about May 1, 2017 in Laconia, New Hampshire.

Ms. Watson faces a maximum penalty of up to 15 years in the New Hampshire State Prison and a $200,000 fine. Ms. Watson is scheduled to be arraigned on the indictment in the Belknap County Superior Court on June 30, 2021, at 10:00 a.m.

The charges and allegations are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
