Final Report Issued Regarding the April 5, 2020 Officer-Involved Shooting on Lake Shore Road in Manchester, New Hampshire
Concord, NH – Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald releases the final report in the investigation into the death of Carl D. Manning (age 62). Mr. Manning's death was a result of an officer-involved shooting incident that occurred on April 5, 2020, on Lake Shore Road in Manchester, New Hampshire.
In light of the Covid-19 pandemic and social distancing guidelines, no press briefing will be held regarding the investigation and final report.
