Concord, NH – Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald announces that Daswan Jette, age 22, was sentenced by the Merrimack County Superior Court on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, to 15-30 years, stand committed, at the New Hampshire State Prison.

Mr. Jette was convicted by a Merrimack County jury of manslaughter on January 29, 2020, for stabbing and killing Sabrina Galusha, age 23, at Penacook Place in Concord, New Hampshire on May 30, 2017.

This case was prosecuted by Senior Assistant Attorney General Benjamin J. Agati and Assistant Attorney General Nicole Clay and investigated by Concord Police Department.
