Update on Suspicious Deaths in Hillsboro, New Hampshire

Concord, NH – Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Christopher J. Wagner, and Hillsboro Police Chief David Roarick announce further information regarding the ongoing suspicious death investigation in Hillsboro, New Hampshire.

This morning officers from the Hillsboro Police Department responded to 45 Bridge Street, apartment #1 in Hillsboro. On arrival, officers found inside the apartment a deceased juvenile female, identified as Makenzie Deuse, 4 months, and her deceased father, identified as Miles Deuse, age 39.

At this time, it appears that all involved parties have been identified and there is no threat to the public stemming from this incident.

We expect that additional information will be released following the autopsies, which are scheduled for Monday, November 18, 2019.
