Investigation Into Alleged Assault at Valley Street Jail

Concord, NH – Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald and Manchester Police Chief Carlo Capano announce that an investigation is being conducted by the Manchester Police Department related to an alleged assault by Dale Holloway, age 37, involving one other individual, which took place at the Valley Street Jail in Manchester, New Hampshire on Monday, October 21, 2019.
