Concord, NH – Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Christopher J. Wagner, and Londonderry Police Chief William R. Hart Jr. announce that an arrest has been made in connection with a homicide at 15 Ridgemont Drive, in Londonderry, New Hampshire, which occurred on Tuesday, October 1, 2019.

Brandon Castiglione, age 24, has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder for recklessly causing the death of Luis Garcia, age 60, under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to the value of human life.

Mr. Castiglione is expected to be arraigned on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 in Rockingham County Superior Court.
