Autopsy Results in Londonderry, New Hampshire Homicide

Concord, NH – Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Christopher J. Wagner, and Londonderry Police Chief William R. Hart Jr. announce that an autopsy has been completed on Luis Garcia, age 60, who died at 15 Ridgemont Drive, in Londonderry, New Hampshire, on Tuesday, October 1, 2019.

New Hampshire Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Jennie V. Duval has determined that the cause of Mr. Garcia's death was a single gunshot wound to the neck, and that his manner of death was homicide.

Brandon Castiglione, age 24, was arrested on October 2, 2019, and charged with reckless second-degree murder for killing Mr. Garcia. Mr. Castiglione waived arraignment and is currently being held without bail.
