State v. Iliana Nunez

Concord, NH – New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald announces that Iliana Nunez of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was indicted on May 17, 2019, for the sale of the controlled drug fentanyl as well as possession of the controlled drug fentanyl with the intent to sell.

Ms. Nunez was arrested on March 14, 2019, following her sale of the controlled drug fentanyl to an agent of the Attorney General's Drug Task Force. Ms. Nunez was also charged with an additional quantity of fentanyl found on her person.

Ms. Nunez was arraigned on these charges on March 15, 2019, in the Merrimack County Superior Court. The charges and allegations in the indictments are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
