Indictment of Kaylee Santos for Selling a Controlled Drug Which Caused the Death of Jonathan Kohli

Concord, NH – New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald and Nashua Police Chief Andrew Lavoie announce that on December 19, 2018, Kaylee Santos, age 26, of Nashua, was indicted by the Hillsborough County Grand Jury, Southern District for selling a quantity a fentanyl which caused the death of Jonathan Kohli, age 22, of Nashua on April 9, 2016. Ms. Santos was also indicted on an additional alternate count of sale of a controlled drug.

Ms. Santos is scheduled to be arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court, Southern District on January 18, 2019.

The charges and allegations are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
