Apparent Murder-Suicide in Lincoln, NH

New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster, State Police Colonel Robert L. Quinn, and Lincoln Police Chief Ted Smith announce that an investigation is ongoing into the deaths of an adult male and an adult female in Lincoln, New Hampshire.

While conducting a welfare check, the Lincoln Police Department discovered the deceased adult male and adult female in their home today. The two deaths appear to be the result of a murder-suicide.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will be conducting autopsies on the deceased to determine their exact cause and manner of death.

Investigators are withholding the identities of the deceased pending notification of their next of kin.

The investigation is ongoing.
