Attorney General Joseph A. Foster announces that on June 17, 2014, Zachary Cross, age 29, was arrested by the New Hampshire Drug Task Force with the assistance of the Manchester Police Department, on one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug-Oxycodone. Mr. Cross is an Assistant Rockingham County Attorney. Bail was set at $2,500 cash, which Mr. Cross has posted. The arraignment is scheduled for July 14, 2014 at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Manchester. The investigation in this case is ongoing.
