Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Director of Charitable Trusts will host three public forums regarding a proposed transaction between GraniteOne Health (including Catholic Medical Center, Huggins Hospital and Monadnock Community Hospital), and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health.

The public forums will take place as follows:

• Wednesday, October 6, 2021, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm Hilltop Golf Course, 49 High St, Peterborough, NH
• Thursday, October 7, 2021, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Baines Auditorium, Manchester High School West, 9 Notre Dame Ave, Manchester, NH
• Tuesday, October 12, 2021, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Kingswood Arts Center at Kingswood Regional High School, 396 S Main St., Wolfeboro, NH

At the request of the health care institutions, Covid-19 precautions will limit in-person capacity and all in-person attendees will be required to wear masks and practice social distancing regardless of vaccination status. A remote viewing option will be available for each of the three public forums, which will include the opportunity for remote attendees to ask questions to the panel.
