Concord, NH – New Hampshire Deputy Attorney General Jane E. Young, Derry Police Chief Edward B. Garone, and State Fire Marshal Paul J. Parisi announce that an investigation is currently ongoing into a fire and suspicious death of an adult female on Mt. Pleasant Street in Derry, New Hampshire. An adult male was transported from the scene and is being treated at a Boston hospital.

Based on facts known at this time, there is no evidence to suggest that there is a threat to the general public.
