Franklin Arrests by New Hampshire Attorney General's Drug Task Force
Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that after a three-month investigation into the illicit drug trafficking activities involving two male individuals, the New Hampshire Attorney General's Drug Task Force assisted by the Franklin Police Department executed two arrest warrants and a search warrant this week at a residence in Franklin, New Hampshire. Arrested were:
- Roy Ballou
Age 59
25 Oak Street, # C
Franklin, NH
for five individual counts of Sale of a Controlled Drug-Methamphetamine, and one individual count of Possession of a Controlled Drug-Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, and:
- Mark Donovan
Age 65
25 Oak Street, # C
Franklin, NHfor four individual counts of criminal liability for conduct of another, and one individual count of Possession of a Controlled Drug-Methamphetamine.
This investigation remains active and ongoing. Other assisting agencies in this investigation are the Concord Police Department, the Franklin Police Department, the Bow Police Department, and the Pembroke Police Department.
The charges against Mr. Ballou and Mr. Donovan are accusations, and they are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
