Extradition and Arraignment of Logan Clegg

Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella and Concord Police Chief Bradley Osgood announce that Logan Clegg, age 26, who was arrested last week in Vermont on a fugitive from justice charge in connection with the murders of Stephen and Djeswende Reid in Concord on April 18, 2022, waived extradition from Vermont and today is being transported to New Hampshire.

Mr. Clegg will remain in custody pending his arraignment on two counts of second-degree murder for knowingly causing the deaths of Stephen and Djeswende Reid by shooting them multiple times on April 18, 2022.

Mr. Clegg is scheduled to be arraigned on these charges before the Merrimack County Superior Court on October 26, 2022, at 1:00 p.m.

The charges and allegations contained therein are merely accusations, and Mr. Clegg is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
