Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella and State Police Colonel Nathan Noyes announce the arrest of Aaron Doleszny for one class B felony offense of violating New Hampshire's asbestos transportation, containment, and disposal regulations.
Doleszny is alleged to have removed asbestos-containing shingles at a residence in Charlestown, New Hampshire and did not comply with New Hampshire regulations to properly remove and dispose of the shingles.
Doleszny is alleged to have not been a licensed asbestos removal contractor. The State further alleges that he did not properly wet and seal the asbestos-containing materials and enlisted a juvenile to transport and dispose of the harmful materials, illegally dumping them at a location other than a proper asbestos disposal site.
Mr. Doleszny has been released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment in the Sullivan County Superior Court on November 3rd at 1:00.
The charges and allegations are accusations, and Mr. Doleszny is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
The case was investigated by the New Hampshire State Police and the Environmental Protection Bureau of the Attorney General's Office.
