Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that a press briefing will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., at the Incident Planning and Operations Center (IPOC) Media Room, 110 Smokey Bear Boulevard in Concord, New Hampshire.

The findings will be released regarding the officer-involved shooting that took place on February 19, 2022, in Walpole, New Hampshire.

It is anticipated that the briefing will last about an hour. Senior Assistant Attorney General and Homicide Unit Chief Ben Agati will present the findings.

A copy of the final report will also be made available on the Department of Justice website, https://www.doj.nh.gov/multimedia/index.htm, following the briefing.
