Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella and Nashua Police Chief Kevin Rourke announce that an autopsy was completed today on the body of Julie Graichen, age 34.
The autopsy was conducted by Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Jennie V. Duval. Dr. Duval determined that the cause of Ms. Graichen's death was a stab wound to the chest, and the manner of death was homicide.
At approximately 5:20 p.m. on August 5, 2022, Nashua police officers responded to a multiunit residence on Kinsley Street in Nashua, in response to a report of an apparent deceased individual. Inside an apartment at the premises, police officers found a deceased adult female, subsequently identified as Julie Graichen.
At this point, the investigation into the circumstances surrounding Ms. Graichen's death is active and ongoing. Anyone with information regarding the incident or Ms. Graichen's activities on August 5, 2022 or on the days preceding her death, is asked to report the information to the Nashua Crime Line at (603) 589-1665.
