Jeffrey Renaud Arrested for Sale of a Controlled Drug

Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella, Drug Task Force Commander Ellen Arcieri, United States Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent-in-Charge Brian D. Boyle, and State Police Colonel Nathan Noyes, announce that Jeffrey Renaud, age 54, of North Stratford, New Hampshire has been arrested on a charge of sale of a controlled drug, subsequent offense, for selling a quantity of five ounces or more of methamphetamine on or about June 28, 2022 in Plymouth, New Hampshire. The potential sentence for this charge carries a possible maximum term of imprisonment of life in the state prison with the possibility of parole. At the time of his arrest, investigators seized a quantity of suspected methamphetamine, among other drugs, from his motor vehicle. Additional charges are anticipated in the counties of Coos, Rockingham, and Hillsborough.

The investigation of this case was the result of the collaborative efforts of the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office, the New Hampshire Attorney General's Drug Task Force, the New Hampshire State Police's Narcotic and Investigations Unit, the United States Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Manchester Police Department.

Renaud was arraigned today on this charge in the Grafton County Superior Court and is currently being held without bail pending trial.

The charge and allegations are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
