Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella releases the final report in the investigation into the officer-involved shooting that took place on September 20, 2019, in Nashua, New Hampshire. In that incident, Nashua Police Officer John Colangelo fired one shot from a rifle at William Case (age at time of incident 59) and Nashua Police Officer Matthew Foss fired one less-than-lethal projectile at Mr. Case. A preliminary report regarding the incident was issued on January 17, 2020. The final report was deferred until William Case's criminal charges related to the matter were resolved.
