Guilty Plea in State v. Jeffrey Diprizio

Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella and Drug Task Force Commander Ellen Arcieri announce that on Friday, June 24, 2022, Jeffrey Diprizio, age 40, of Wakefield, New Hampshire, pleaded guilty to two charges of conspiracy to sell a controlled drug (subsequent offense) and one charge of possession of a controlled drug with the intent to sell (subsequent offense), and was sentenced by the Carroll County Superior Court.

On the conspiracy to sell methamphetamine charge (subsequent offense), the Court sentenced Mr. Diprizio to 5-10 years, in the New Hampshire State Prison, with 1 year suspended from the minimum. On the possession of fentanyl with the intent to sell charge (subsequent offense), the Court sentenced Mr. Diprizio to 3½-7 years, in the New Hampshire State Prison, consecutive to the methamphetamine conspiracy charge. On the conspiracy to sell fentanyl charge (subsequent offense), the Court sentenced Mr. Diprizio to 5-10 years, in the New Hampshire State Prison, all suspended for 10 years, with the suspension period to run consecutive to the stand committed sentences. Mr. Diprizio may earn additional time off of the minimum portion of his stand committed sentences, based on the completion of certain conditions.

A 2021 investigation by the Attorney General's Drug Task Force revealed that Mr. Diprizio sold methamphetamine and fentanyl on various occasions to a Drug Task Force informant. Additional investigation revealed that Mr. Diprizio purchased and sold large quantities of methamphetamine and fentanyl over a multi-month period in the Carroll County area, and was in possession of both drugs and a substantial amount of United States currency when he was arrested in July of 2021.

The investigation and resolution of this case are the result of the collaborative efforts of the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office, the Attorney General's Drug Task Force, the New Hampshire State Police, and the Wakefield Police Department.
