Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Attorney General's Office is investigating an officer-involved shooting incident in New Boston, New Hampshire, that occurred during the overnight hours on May 13, 2022.

One adult male is deceased at the scene of the shooting. No officers have been physically injured and there is no threat to the public.
