Concord, NH -- New Hampshire Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Attorney General's Office is on the scene investigating a reported Officer Involved Shooting that occurred on April 9, 2022 near the area of Old Coach Road and 28 Bypass in Derry, NH. One man has died as a result of this incident.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation. The officers involved in this incident are from the Derry Police Department and no officers involved suffered any physical injuries.
