Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that updated information is available regarding the scheduling of the arraignment of Adam Montgomery on the new theft/firearms charges, for which Montgomery was arrested on April 4, 2022. The arraignment was initially expected to take place on April 5, 2022, but has now been scheduled for April 6, 2022.

The charges and allegations against Adam Montgomery are merely accusations, and he is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
