Application Period Opens for FRM Victims to Seek Compensation

Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that on January 21, 2022, the application period opened for victims of Financial Resources Mortgage, Inc. and CL&M, Inc. to file applications seeking compensation from the FRM Victims’ Contribution Recovery Fund. Letters have been sent to all known potential victims at their last known address.

Victims who seek indemnification from the FRM Fund must complete and return an application to the Administrator. The application may be found on the FRM page of the Department of Justice website, https://www.doj.nh.gov/frm-victims-fund/.

Applicants may choose to submit an application either by printing, filling out and mailing the paper version or by completing and sending online the electronic version. The deadline for submitting applications is May 18, 2022.

To assist potential applicants, frequently asked questions and answers are posted on the FRM page of the DOJ website (https://www.doj.nh.gov/frm-victims-fund/). Additional questions may be submitted to Daisy Mongeau, the FRM Fund Administrator, either at frm.fund@doj.nh.gov or 603-271-1527.
