Concord, NH – Deputy Attorney General Jane E. Young announces that Thomas J. Donovan, Director of Charitable Trusts, will be holding a public hearing and accepting public comment on the proposed asset acquisition of LRGHealthcare by Concord Hospital, Inc.

The public hearing will be held remotely via Zoom on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Members of the public may register for the hearing and may submit questions or comments in advance of the hearing and during the hearing through the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_8Qwj9cHiRVO9oPRbKiFgww.

On January 6, 2021, LRGHealthcare and Concord Hospital jointly submitted the change of control notice with the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office in accordance with state law, which requires that the Director of Charitable Trusts review acquisition transactions involving health care charitable trusts.
