Clarification of Arraignments of Danielle Dauphinais and Joseph Stapf

Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Nathan A. Noyes, and Merrimack Police Chief Brian K. Levesque announce these updated details of the arraignments for Danielle Dauphinais and Joseph Stapf in Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District. After speaking with members of the Court, the details of the hearing have been changed as outlined below.

The arraignment of Danielle Dauphinais is now scheduled for 11:00 A.M. tomorrow morning, Wednesday, October 20, 2021. Ms. Dauphinais will appear via a WebEx video link while the court will conduct the hearing from the courtroom. Counsel for either party may appear in person or via WebEx. Counsel for the State will appear in-person. The court has arranged access for the media via WebEx, and has arranged for the event to be livestreamed on www.WMUR.com.

The arraignment of Joseph Stapf has not yet been scheduled.
