Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella has issued a memo to Governor Sununu regarding Covid-19 grant conditions. This memo and associated exhibits are being released publicly by the Attorney General because the Governor has agreed to waive the attorney-client privilege as applied to this memo and the associated exhibits.

In addition, the questions addressed in this memo have been raised by members of the Executive Council, members of the Legislature, and other State officials. The issues addressed have also been the subject of significant public debate and discussion. Therefore, the Attorney General has determined that a public distribution of these documents by this Office is appropriate.
