Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Director of Charitable Trusts will host three public forums regarding a proposed transaction between GraniteOne Health (including Catholic Medical Center, Huggins Hospital and Monadnock Community Hospital), and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health.
The public forums will take place as follows:
At the request of the health care institutions, Covid-19 precautions will limit in-person capacity and all in-person attendees will be required to wear masks and practice social distancing regardless of vaccination status. A remote viewing option will be available for each of the three public forums, which will include the opportunity for remote attendees to ask questions to the panel.
Please register for the location you wish to attend, and indicate if you are attending remotely or in-person. In-person attendance is limited and will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis, here: www.doj.nh.gov/charitable-trusts/graniteone-health.htm.
