Concord, NH – Secretary of State William M. Gardner and Attorney General John M. Formella, announce that they received the Forensic Election Audit Team's report on Monday, July 12, 2021.
The report of the forensic audit confirms the accuracy of the State recount of the Rockingham District 7 State Representative race as upheld by the unanimous vote of the New Hampshire Ballot Law Commission.
Pursuant to Senate Bill 43, the Secretary of State's and Attorney General's offices are reviewing the report and will prepare a report of the results of the audit and any resulting recommendations.
The offices will not have an official response on the Forensic Election Audit Team's report until after the offices' joint report is submitted to the Legislature and the Town of Windham Board of Selectmen.
