Brandon Barlow Indicted on Drug Charges
Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that Brandon Barlow, age 33, of Nashua, New Hampshire, has been indicted for Acts Prohibited, Death Resulting, contrary to RSA 318-B:26, IX, and an alternative count of Dispensing a Controlled Drug, contrary to RSA 318-B:2.
On May 19, 2021, the Hillsborough County (Southern District) Grand Jury returned two indictments against Mr. Barlow, one charging Mr. Barlow with causing the death of Matthew Bailey, age 25, of Chester, New Hampshire, on March 5, 2018, by dispensing or selling him the controlled drug fentanyl, which he then injected, inhaled, or ingested resulting in his death. The other indictment, alternatively, charges Mr. Barlow with dispensing fentanyl to Mr. Bailey.
The charges and allegations are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
