Ten Individuals Arrested as a Result of a Months-long, Multi-agency Drug Trafficking Investigation

Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella, State Police Colonel Nathan Noyes and United States Drug Enforcement Administration ("DEA") Special Agent-in-Charge Brian D. Boyle announce that ten individuals were arrested as the result of a months-long, multi-agency drug trafficking investigation conducted by DEA, the State Police, and the Attorney General's Drug Task Force. This investigation spanned the counties of Coos, Carroll, Belknap, Merrimack and Rockingham and resulted in the seizure of approximately 6 pounds of fentanyl and 11 firearms.

On May 3 and 4, 2021, the following individuals were arrested:

  • Russell Adjutant, age 30, of North Stratford, New Hampshire, was arrested on charges of sale of fentanyl, conspiracy to sell fentanyl, and nine charges of felon in possession of a firearm. Mr. Adjutant was ordered held on preventative detention and will be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. today in Coos Superior Court.
  • Adam Bedard, age 41, of North Stratford, New Hampshire, was arrested on charges of conspiracy to possess fentanyl and conspiracy to sell fentanyl. Mr. Bedard was released on personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned on a date to be determined in Rockingham Superior Court.
  • Adam Brooks, age 31, of Milan, New Hampshire, was arrested on charges of conspiracy to sell fentanyl and controlling a vehicle where controlled drugs were kept. Mr. Brooks was released on $2,000 cash or corporate surety bail and will be arraigned on a date to be determined in Belknap Superior Court.
  • Amber Flagg, age 32, of North Stratford, New Hampshire, was arrested on charges of possession of fentanyl with intent to sell and conspiracy to sell fentanyl. Ms. Flagg was held on $1,000 cash bail and will be arraigned at 1:40 p.m. today in Coos County Court.
  • Alexis Gonzalez, age 33, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested in Lawrence and was charged with being a fugitive from justice based on a New Hampshire arrest warrant for sale of fentanyl and conspiracy to sell fentanyl. Mr. Gonzalez is expected to be arraigned today in the Lawrence Massachusetts District Court, after which New Hampshire authorities will seek his extradition to face his charges in Rockingham Superior Court.
  • Dylan Laflamme, age 26, of Berlin, New Hampshire, was arrested on charges of possession of fentanyl with intent to sell and conspiracy to sell fentanyl. Mr. Laflamme was released on personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned on a date to be determined in Belknap Superior Court.
  • Khloe Lamontagne, age 21, of Berlin, New Hampshire, was arrested on charges of conspiracy to sell fentanyl and controlling a vehicle where controlled drugs were kept. Ms. Lamontagne was released on $1,000 cash or corporate surety bail and will be arraigned on a date to be determined in Merrimack Superior Court.
  • Amy Savard, age 43, of Stewartstown, New Hampshire, was arrested on charges of possession of fentanyl with intent to sell and conspiracy to sell fentanyl. Ms. Savard was released on personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned on a date to be determined in Rockingham Superior Court.
  • Michael Savard, age 35, of Stewartstown, New Hampshire, was arrested on charges of conspiracy to possess fentanyl and conspiracy to sell fentanyl. Mr. Savard was released on personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned on a date to be determined in Rockingham Superior Court.
  • Gerinson Leonardo Tejada-Avalo, age 27, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested in Lawrence and was charged with being a fugitive from justice based on a New Hampshire arrest warrant for conspiracy to sell fentanyl. Mr. Tejada-Avalo is expected to be arraigned today in the Lawrence Massachusetts District Court, after which New Hampshire authorities will seek his extradition to face his charge in Rockingham Superior Court.

The prior arrests of Travis Hood (March 11, 2021) and Mariano Andres Santos (February 12, 2021) were also a result of this investigation. Mr. Hood is currently facing three charges of sale of fentanyl in Coos Superior Court, and one charge of possession of fentanyl with intent to sell and one charge of resisting arrest in Merrimack Superior Court. Mr. Santos is currently facing one charge of sale of fentanyl in Belknap Superior Court and one charge of possession of fentanyl with intent to sell in Carroll Superior Court.

In addition, the following individuals were also arrested on outstanding warrants on May 4, 2021. Their cases will be prosecuted by the Coos County Attorney's Office.

  • Allegra Dyer, age 36, currently incarcerated at the Grafton County House of Corrections, was arrested on a charge of falsifying physical evidence. Ms. Dyer's bail on the new charge was set at personal recognizance, and she will be arraigned on a date to be determined in the Coos County Superior Court.
  • Ranae Ross, age 33, currently incarcerated at the Grafton County House of Corrections, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. Ms. Ross will be arraigned today in the Coos County Superior Court.

The charges and allegations against these defendants are merely accusations, and they are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
