Nurse Accused of Breaking Patient's Fingers and Obstructing Medical Treatment Enters into Preliminary Agreement Not to Practice

Concord, NH – Deputy Attorney General Jane E. Young announces that Nancy A. Waller, age 65, of New Boston, New Hampshire, entered into a preliminary agreement not to practice with the New Hampshire Board of Nursing, effective Monday, April 19, 2021. Ms. Waller has been licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse since 1987

The New Boston Police Department arrested Ms. Waller on April 8, 2021, on charges of Abuse of a Facility Patient, Second Degree Assault, and Simple Assault. The Attorney General's Office is prosecuting this case in the Hillsborough County Superior Court – North.
