Christina Jacobs Arrested on Drug Charges

Concord, NH – Deputy Attorney General Jane E. Young and Strafford County Sheriff Mark Brave announce that Christina Jacobs, age 38, of Strafford, New Hampshire, was arrested on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, in Strafford, New Hampshire.

Ms. Jacobs was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell, a felony offense punishable by up to 7 years in the New Hampshire State Prison and a fine of up to $100,000, or both, and one count of possession of a controlled drug, a class B felony with a fine of up to $25,000, or both. At the time of her arrest, Ms. Jacobs was in possession of a large quantity of prescription medication, including Tapentadol and suspected Xanax.

Ms. Jacobs will be arraigned in the Strafford County Superior Court at a future date.

The following agencies were involved in this investigation: the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office; the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office; the Strafford Police Department; the United States Homeland Security Investigations; the United States Postal Inspection Service; the United States Food and Drug Administration; United States Customs and Border Protection and the New Hampshire State Police.

The charges and allegations are merely accusations, and Ms. Jacobs is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
