Isaiah Rivera-Perez Indicted for Second Degree Murder and Reckless Conduct
Concord, NH – Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald and Manchester Police Chief Allen D. Aldenberg announce that Isaiah Rivera-Perez (age 24), of Manchester, New Hampshire, has been indicted for second-degree murder and reckless conduct in connection with an incident in Manchester on July 14, 2020.
Isaiah Rivera-Perez was indicted for one count of second-degree murder for recklessly causing the death of Jaden Connor (age 17) under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to the value of human life by shooting him, and one count of reckless conduct by recklessly engaging in conduct that placed others in danger of serious bodily injury by firing a pistol towards occupied homes in a residential neighborhood.
The charges and allegations contained therein are merely accusations, and Isaiah Rivera-Perez is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
