Brandon Castiglione Indicted for Second Degree Murder

Concord, NH – Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald announces that Brandon Castiglione (age 25), of Londonderry, New Hampshire, has been indicted for second-degree murder in connection with the 2019 homicide of Luis Garcia in Londonderry, New Hampshire.

Brandon Castiglione was indicted for one count of second-degree murder for knowingly causing the death of Luis Garcia (age 60) by shooting Mr. Garcia in the neck with a firearm. Brandon Castiglione is also charged with an alternative count of recklessly causing the death of Mr. Garcia under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to the value of human life.

The charges and allegations contained therein are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
