Final Report Issued Regarding the May 20, 2020 Officer-Involved Use of Non-Deadly Force in Albany, New Hampshire
Concord, NH – Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald releases the final report in the investigation into the lawfulness of the law enforcement officers' use of non-deadly force against Jean Saint Preux (age 34), which occurred in Albany, New Hampshire on May 20, 2020.
Please be advised that certain information constituting an unwarranted invasion of an individual's privacy was redacted or withheld consistent with RSA 91-A:5, IV, such as personal identifying information, including home addresses, email addresses, dates of birth, personal telephone numbers, cell phone numbers, Social Security numbers, and unrelated police contacts. Attorney work product, drafts, and notes were redacted and/or withheld consistent with RSA 91-A:5, VIII and IX. Lastly, any law enforcement or criminal/arrest records and confidential motor vehicle information have been redacted and/or withheld pursuant to RSA 260:14, RSA 106-B:14 and Murray v. State Police, 154 N.H. 579 (2006).
